The Nuevo Dia Adult Day Health Center is a new and innovative program providing services to the Latino Community. We serve older adults, and people with disabilities with personalized hands-on healthcare and social services that will improve the quality of their lives. We thrive on delivering local and personal patient care in a culturally-competent manner.
